The artwork is exclusive to LeBeau Denim Company; you won't find this hat anywhere else. We want to let you craft your perfect beanie; all you need to do is chose the embroidery design you want and we'll take care of the rest!
This hat is designed, digitized, and stitched by our small team in northern VA. Each and every one of them is made to order, just for you. Please allow up to 14 days for your hat to be completed and shipped out.
The design is not a patch! The stitches are embroidered directly onto the beanie.
Our thoughts on the material:
These hats are incredibly soft, not in a fuzzy way, but in a warm and cozy way. The waffle knit fabric makes this hat breathable. Will it keep you warm in moderate to freezing temperatures- yes; but will it keep you warm in below freezing temperatures, say somewhere like Antartica? Absolutely not. However, for those of you who worry about your beanies fitting too small- fret not, this is the hat for you. The waffle knit creates a flexible material that will stretch without extra strain and tension on your head.
